Job Purpose: As Housing Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions to effectively provide housing to reduce homelessness among our population.
Job Functions
Demonstrating competency in the knowledge of community resources.
Assisting clients in an accurate assessment of their own needs and wants.
Obtaining support to maintain housing in a community.
Hands on skill training and daily living skills and networking with existing support in the community to maintain stability.
Developing new community housing resources, providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
Demonstrating a high level of respect towards clients and enhancing job performance through continued training and staff development.
Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
Level II Background clearance
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
Bachelor's degree required in a human services field
