The Position

As a member of the Total Rewards Leadership Team (TRLT) and the Head of Executive Compensation, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a total rewards strategy that reflects our unique culture, values and business needs. You will function as a subject matter expert on executive compensation program design, policies and practices, providing expertise to the C-suite and Board of Directors, participating in shareholder engagement and leading a team compensation and benefits professionals as a member of the TRLT.

As the head of executive compensation, you must be able to navigate ambiguity and be adept at understanding the connections between the legal, regulatory, financial and HR-practice related requirements of your work. You have experience leading executive compensation at a U.S. publicly-traded company and you cultivate a working environment where learning and growing talent is both expected and appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with your total rewards colleagues to discuss HR and Rewards priorities.
  • Leading a team through various change initiatives.
  • Engaging with external partners (executive compensation consultant, outside counsel, equity and tax advisors, etc.).
  • Providing knowledge expertise to internal stakeholders including the Chief HR Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Total Rewards.
  • Researching and developing proposals to be proactively prepared for legislative changes/requirements.

Required Education, Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of degree, relevant years of experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Ten plus years’ experience in a global business environment in legal, HR or finance with five plus years in Executive Compensation at a U.S., publicly-traded company.

Final salary determinations take a number of factors into account including, but not limited to, primary work location, relevant skills, education level, and/or prior work experience. The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Annualized Salary Range (US)

$201,800.00 - $343,400.00
