Our client is an International Restoration Company who is looking for a General Manager for their Cincinnati, OH office. This position will be responsible for managing all facets of the office and personnel, reporting results upwardly, identifying areas of concerns and implementing solutions in compliance with company standards.
Main Responsibilities
Participate in the recruitment and hiring of office and field staff
Manage financial components including P&L and Budgets of office
Supervise the work of Estimators, Project managers, Administrators, Asset manager, and Sales and Marketing efforts.
Attend marketing events to be visible to potential leads and customers.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in the insurance or restoration industry
Demonstrated ability to manage employees, including coaching, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Computer skills: Word, Excel and payroll and time recording software. JD Edwards is preferred
