Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Construction Superintendent position and a Construction Project Manager position on a NYC Department of Design and Construction renovation project at the Hamilton Fish Park Branch Library located at 415 E Houston Street, New York, NY 10002. Prior experience with interior renovation is required.
Super candidates should have 10+ years of experience NYC construction projects, valid NYCDOB SST, and NYC DOB Super License.
PM candidates should have 10+ years of experience NYC construction projects and a valid NYCDOB SST,
Applicants should have excellent verbal, writing, and computer skills. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook is also required.
