The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. Responsibilities
Manage and train staff in all aspects of food and beverage service
Ensure quality service is provided to all customers
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
