Solidly established, Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented facilities professional to join its Administration Team as a Facilities Associate in their research area.
We currently work on a hybrid model with Tuesdays through Thursdays in the office, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree preferred; but not required
Two to Five (2-5) years of experience in an Administrative Support Function
Flexible, diligent individual with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate needs, ask clarifying questions, keep stakeholders clearly informed, and keen attention to detail are critical
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors is important
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including catering setups and breakdowns for meetings, support for events and special projects, and coverage of the reception desk and mailroom. You will collaborate closely with team members and various stakeholders at the firm and liaise with external vendors and partners. Occasionally you will be required to work outside of standard office hours.
