Export Logistics Coordinator

Costa Mesa company has a great opening for an Export Logistics Coordinator

This will be onsite, Monday to Friday, hours 7AM-4PM

Duties:

Schedule bookings via steamship lines

Create purchase orders

Receives and enters container details

Maintains communication between departments, suppliers, steamship lines and freight forwarders.

Will compile rates for trucking when needed

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of export regulations and procedures

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent time managment skills, along with organizational skills

Experience:

Recent work experience in Export Logistics

2-5 years experience is ideal.

Creates purchase orders and communicates with suppliers and sales staff
Analyzes inventory procedures, recommends updates and improvements to logistics manager

8am-5pm
