We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities at Oakland Academy of Knowledge.

Benefits:
- Pay rate: $28/hr DOE
- 40 hours a week (Typical work hours are from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm)
- 16 BACR paid holidays

- Medical insurance (based on total weekly hours)
- 3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
- 1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
- Available Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
- Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance
- Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
- Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
- Coaching and mentoring of staff
