Position Purpose:

Incumbent will work directly and support the North America Leadership Team and will have a broad range of responsibilities including exceptional organizational and project management skills, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks for North America Leadership.


Key Responsibilities for this role include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting , and virtual and live meeting coordination. Meeting coordination may include developing agendas, compiling and editing PowerPoint content, and venue and vendor coordination for live events

Assisting in the development and implementation of standardized project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Actively participating in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial Excellence, HR, IT, Communications, others) to gather project requirements, allocate resources, and track progress.

Liasing between internal departments, external vendors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project coordination, including management of the internal contract approval process.

Proactively identifying potential risks and issues within projects and working with stakeholders to mitigate them in a timely manner.

Prioritizing effectively to manage competing priorities and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time

Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment by actively engaging with team members, offering assistance, and sharing knowledge and best practices.


Qualifications for this role:

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree (or equivalent) and 2 years of related experience is required

Must possess strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) is preferred.

Must possess strong work ethic, as well as organization, writing and project management skills. Must be detail oriented, accurate, and have the ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization in a positive and professional manner.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Experience coordinating complex in-person meetings/conferences is preferred which may include global-based attendees.

Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accommodate project deadlines and team needs.


Education/Experience:

4-year degree from an accredited institution or university is required

Occasional lifting of materials in excess of 20 pounds

Position Location:

  1. Remote and/or Hybrid
  2. Must reside in Eastern or Central Standard Time zone (if remote)

Anticipated Travel:

  1. Occasional domestic and/or global travel
  2. Up to 10%
