Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an Engineering Quality Assurance team member to help deliver on our promise to provide high-quality products and services. By establishing, maintaining, and verifying compliance with our internal engineering procedures, our Engineering Quality Assurance team ensures consistency of engineering procedures and outputs.
Duties And Responsibilities
Identify engineering process problems, and work with stakeholders or cross-functional teams to identify solutions.
Provide process improvement/correction recommendations to engineering and/or executive management.
Assess project review compliance and process conformance.
Ensure appropriate SMEs/stakeholders are included and provide input in project reviews.
Lead engineering quality assurance continuous-improvement projects.
Aid in the definition of procedures and work instructions related to engineering process.
Technical writing and editing of engineering procedures and other documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required degree.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and consistency.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.
Desired Qualifications
Prior python and SQL experience.
Prior technical writing and editing experience.
Experience working in a related role, such as engineering design and test process compliance, or project controls and management preferred.
