As a Superintendent, you’re the leader of our construction jobsites. You set the tone for our teams, serve as the chief liaison with the General Contractor, and interface regularly with TSG executives.
Responsibilities
Uphold a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
Direct teams of electricians on large-scale construction jobsites from start to finish
Oversee the financial performance and risk management of the project
Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems
Collaborate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues to move the job forward
Continually mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns - and solutions - quickly to TSG executives
Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout

Your Expertise
You have at least 8 years of experience serving as a General Foreman or Superintendent
You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $20M+
You are knowledgeable in industry codes, standards, requirements, and methods
You have knowledge of construction management software
