Job Description: Program Manager with focus on DE&I Training and Facilitation at Indiana University Health, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs focused on DE&I principles. This role involves facilitating workshops and discussions, addressing DE&I challenges, and promoting awareness to embed inclusive behaviors across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, diversity committees, and stakeholders to assess needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and integrate DE&I metrics into business operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement DE&I training programs for team members and leadership teams.
Develop effective training materials, presentations, and resources to communicate DE&I concepts and strategies.
Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops on topics including unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership.
Provide coaching to enhance understanding and application of DE&I principles among team members and managers.
Support the integration of DE&I goals into company policies, practices, and strategic initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in DE&I training to continuously improve programs.
Contribute to the development of DE&I metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, communications and/or a related field.
5-7 years of experience designing and delivering DE&I training programs in a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong understanding of DE&I principles, including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence.
Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, and training sessions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Certification or training in DE&I facilitation is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, business and DE&I consultants and stakeholders to execute DE&I education strategies.
Assess and monitor progress of DE&I initiatives, integrating diversity programs into business operations.
Manage development and maintenance of educational materials and course content.
Utilize various facilitation modalities including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Manage multiple initiatives including facilitation engagements, program design, and delivery.
Plans and leads complex initiatives and multiple projects consistent with IU Health growth initiatives. Determines, maintains, communicates, and manages project organization, prioritization, and strategic and tactical plans. Provides data tracking and analytics for input into executive leadership reporting and decision making. Assists in the development of strategic plans for the system and leads the development of sustainable, documented processes to support the business. Executes on initiatives based on sound data and leads performance improvement initiatives. Develops, monitors, and reports on operational performance, trending analysis and market comparisons, and special projects related to growth and financial performance. Collaborates with management and peers, and works cross functionally across the system to continually identify and lead improvement initiatives.
