Our fast-growing e-commerce business is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Creative Strategist to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our growth via our Digital and Traditional channels across our many (and growing) brands.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop media strategies and plans of execution for digital, paid social, and video ads for all of our brands
  • Update, iterate, and test ad campaigns based on industry trends, creative fatigue, and customer market targets
  • Lead concept, ideation and ideas to produce content tests across multiple mediums
  • Research and deeply understand our brands’ markets and industries
  • Research our customer via reviews, customer experience tickets, surveys, reviews, etc.
  • Complete extensive competitor analysis and research
  • Become obsessed with our marketing efficiencies, cost per acquisition, and other key marketing KPIs
  • Define customer pain points that prohibit or contribute to purchase
  • Use research and customer psychology to craft compelling narratives around consumer’s purchasing
  • Conceptualize constantly on new ways to sell our products through visual, written, photographic, and site experience funnels / landing pages. 
  • Write creative briefs for handoff to designers, copywriters, video, creative, and UGC team(s)
  • Approve executed briefs and associated creative from designers, copywriters, video, creative, and UGC team(s)
  • Participate in feedback and iterations loops with designers, copywriters, video, creative, and UGC team(s)
  • Collaborate with media buying team on creative / asset / copy combinations to test in market
  • Perform analysis on all creative deployed and hypothesize on reasoning
  • Analyze and report on which creative angles are performing best and which angles to iterate on
  • Analyze and report on which visual creative and copy combinations perform best together and reasons why
  • Analyze and report on which creative, copy, and landing pages perform best together
  • Analyze and report on which visual creative should be produced, edited, and tested next based on historical performance
  • Collaborate with Site Experience lead for conversion rate optimization possibilities on site
  • Participate in the Creative Flywheel process to create, iterate, test, and repeat ad creative and ideas for all of our brands
  • Cross-functional partnership with Creative and Marketing team(s). 
  • Identify and triage operational and functional problems, inform leadership promptly, notify the appropriate resources, provide regular status updates, and ensure that timely resolutions are achieved
  • Participate in the Ecommerce roadmap planning process to help identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to implement relevant strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor


Qualifications:


  • 2-5+ years of experience in an agency/in-house concepting ideas for brand and product
  • Experience with paid social or direct response marketing
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Motion, and Google Sheets
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams on challenging and complex projects
  • Experience working on social across multiple social platforms
  • An understanding and appreciation of the latest creative trends and insights
