CREATIVE SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities will include:
Projects will include: managing product life-cycle end to end, creative deliverable trafficking, artwork, graphic design, and packaging milestones
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for initiatives spanning across all phases of product development, as well as coordinating across brand marketing, performance marketing, and product management.
Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Execute projects efficiently, managing resources effectively to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Lead artwork trafficking with creative designers for both new packaging development and digital marketing assets.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address concerns or issues proactively.
Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, developing mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
Proactively monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
