Corporate Treasury (Global Hedge Fund)

A leading global quantitative hedge fund based is looking for an New York based person to join their Treasury team.

The firm are a highly innovative and technologically savvy organisation. The track record is exceptional and they have been incredibly profitable for a number of years which has been used to expand their global footprint and product offering. They trade a phenomenal amount on a weekly basis and have a complex global structure so treasury is a very important function for them.

• The firm are looking for an experienced individual to help lead their corporate treasury team. Alongside corporate treasury they cover banking systems and controls + cash management.
• Collaborating with various internal teams to promote the efficient and accurate handling of the firms capital. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing the firms corporate bank accounts and the internal controls
• This includes opening and maintaining accounts at various financial institutions, ensuring adequate internal controls in systems and movements of cash.

We are looking for an individual from a treasury background who has experience working in a large and complex organisation. The sector is less important than the size of the organisation. You will have a strong academic background, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and continuously challenge how things are done whilst striving to improve infrastructure and process.
