Corporate Associate

Our client is seeking corporate attorneys for Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Texas offices. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities and/or finance transactions. Applicable bar admission required for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is interested. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required. They offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program.

Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school (T14 school is preferred.)

Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

The salary range for this position is $245,000 to $450,000.
