Job Title: Compensation Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $95k - $115k per year

Our innovative, industry-leading client in the agriculture technology space is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their team!


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's reward programs.
  • Lead the administration of company reward plans
  • Coach employees on reward plan details
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with company programs
  • Manage third-party administrator relationships to ensure consistent and quality service delivery
  • Maintain job grading, including drafting job descriptions and job analyses
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Have knowledge of HRIS or payroll software
  • Possess familiarity with labor legislation
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
