Job Title: Compensation Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $95k - $115k per year

Our innovative, industry-leading client in the agriculture technology space is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's reward programs.
Lead the administration of company reward plans
Coach employees on reward plan details
Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with company programs
Manage third-party administrator relationships to ensure consistent and quality service delivery
Maintain job grading, including drafting job descriptions and job analyses
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations
Have knowledge of HRIS or payroll software
Possess familiarity with labor legislation
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
