Job Title: Compensation Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: $95k - $115k per year

Our innovative, industry-leading client in the agriculture technology space is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's reward programs.
- Lead the administration of company reward plans
- Coach employees on reward plan details
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with company programs
- Manage third-party administrator relationships to ensure consistent and quality service delivery
- Maintain job grading, including drafting job descriptions and job analyses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations
- Have knowledge of HRIS or payroll software
- Possess familiarity with labor legislation
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
