Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Essential Duties
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
Experience Two years related experience required experience in senior housing or related field preferred. 3-5 years of professional work experience
Computer Skills
Must be computer literate
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to use sales tracking systems
Certificates & Licenses
Other Requirements
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Proven experience in program management.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Essential Duties
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Researching grants and writing funding proposals.
- Tracking grant outcomes and submitting grant reports.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including resident satisfaction, safety and quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Working on strategy with staff members.
- Representing the village on internal and external committees.
- Providing Executive Director with Administrative Support
