A Human-Centered Approach
The sales lead generation office for Renewal by Andersen, is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor. This position is focused primarily on managing a large team of inside sales reps and delivering the highest level of service to our dedicated customers.
What You'll Be Doing - The Role
Working in a team of Coaches
Hands-on and in-the-moment assistance with appointment setting
Coaching and encouraging and guiding staff to meet activity goals.
Assist staff to deliver the methodology.
Encourage staff to recognize selling opportunities and buying clues.
Perform moderate-level supervisory work coordinating the operations of a call-service team.

What You Bring - The Person
Previous call center coach or supervisor in an Inside Sales Center
A proven track record of closing sales.
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
