Job Description

AeroTrain Corp. is seeking Business Manager to work at our location in Flint Township, MI. We produce training mockups for aircraft maintenance training schools. We are in need for a business manager with a proven track record as a key employee in a small business. The candidate should have a good professional background relating to purchasing, shipping, customer engagement, business communications, and market assessment. The applicant must have strong inter-personal skills, analytical ability, and muti-tasking capability. The business manager will be responsible for developing office communications, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and interactions with customers, vendors, and other employees. He/she should be a quick learner and be able to take responsibility with minimum required supervision.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment

• Familiar with ISO 9001 QMS

We are looking for an energetic person with professional mannerism, who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.

The business manager will assist the company’s CEO in all matters of business operations & processes, both internally within the company

and externally by interacting and communicating with the vendors, customers, and other private and government organizations. The

company may also assign a role relevant to maintaining the ISO 9001 certification.

Strong Office Administration skills are essential, and business experience including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, bank

reconciliations', journal entries, QuickBooks reports, payroll and other accounting tasks.

Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality is essential, hence a valid driver's

license and reliable transportation is a must.

Associate’s Degree is REQUIRED, but a Bachelor’s degree will be a substantial advantage
