Business Development Director – Oil and Gas Aviation

Simply put, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sports & entertainment organizations.

With offices across the globe, including North America, South America, Europe, CIS, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia, ACS offers personalized charter solutions using local knowledge.

We serve a wide range of clients, including governments, multinational corporations, royalty, and international aid agencies, specializing in custom charters for various needs such as sports events, transportation of outsized cargo, and VIP trips.

ACS is a rapidly growing company, generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights annually.

We are looking to recruit a true specialist, from the oil and gas logistics sector, to support our growth in being the number one provider of aviation services. This could be an interesting next step if you have freight forwarding experience or perhaps worked in the global procurement department of an oil and gas company.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Reviewing our internal CRM and looking for opportunities to grow within our current client base
• Growing our client list in this sector with new clients
• Creating opportunities to sell not just Cargo services but our other divisions e.g. Private Jets and Travel services
• Leading on tenders for us to be on PSL’s
• Leading Client business reviews
• Reviewing our performance against contractual or key performance indicators and recommending improvements
• Attending client meetings with colleagues from across the business
• Educating the oil and gas sales team on the sector
• Being the spokesperson and subject matter expert both internally and externally

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR

• Must have previous experience working within the oil and gas sector, ideally in logistics
• Ideally has sales experience
• The ability to be driven and work to KPIs is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
