Reporting directly to the CFO, the Business Analytics Manager is responsible for providing construct data architecture that will bridge our internal departments together, along with optimizing internal reporting.

Within your first 30 days you will grow to understand the company’s business model, products, services and expectations/SLAs and set up an ongoing cadence with stakeholders to discuss priorities and impact
Within your first 60 days you will implement automation of reporting for Finance and Operations teams and identify areas to automate reporting for the Merchandising and Retail teams
Within your first 90 days you will execute, lead and manage requests, projects, and initiatives and present report findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management consistently
You will lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
You will build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
You will manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables
You will oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc
Commercial And Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years in a business analyst role with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Advanced in Excel, Looker, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Salary banding: 125-149k
