Brand Store Management
Work with Sales to lead the process calendar for brand store content refreshes across Amazon and Walmart
Liaise across brand, social, paid media, and sales to ensure brand store content & initiatives support the digital flywheel
Organize cross functional meetings including briefings, creative reviews, and approvals for brand store refreshes for Amazon and Walmart
Collaborate with the brand teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
Coordinate and organize the delivery of asset files to outside partners in Digital Asset Management system.
Organize, distribute, and communicate final asset files for all brand store refreshes to international teams and monitor implementation of brand stores in each market
Sales And Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior within the Brand Stores
Generate monthly reports on store performance and key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Identify trends and opportunities to enhance sales and customer engagement
Customer Experience
Support the Product Detail Page development team when/if needed
Highlight tactics and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and overall shopping experience
Support sales team with Vine and BazaarVoice Programs
Attend Search Partner meetings and provide asset files to support campaigns
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
