Our well known and respected client is seeking a TX Non-Subscriber Adjuster to handle employee injury claims, benefits determination, wage replacement and medical management per their guidelines. Must be fluent in Spanish.
This role is hybrid 3 days a week in the Houston office.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience adjusting Texas Non-Subscriber claims
Fluent in Spanish - REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study - REQUIRED
Strong communication skills
Strong writing skills; denial of benefits, non-compliance and benefit determination letters
Experience in taking recorded statements and evaluating compensability
Thorough investigation documentation required
Experience in a grocery, restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
