Position Title: Benefits Analyst
Position Location: Conshohocken, PA
Position Reports To: Employee Benefits Operations Leader
Position Summary: The Benefits Analyst will support our clients and Account Executive teams through renewal compliance, benefit enrollment processing, and claims and billing resolution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support account teams by processing and filing Insurance Operations (IO) compliance documents into the agency management system for renewals and new business.
Assist with client specific projects as needed, including preparing annual enrollment materials and reports.
Collaborate with account teams to process client requests for benefit eligibility changes.
Provide excellent customer service to clients’ employee membership by researching and resolving benefit inquiries.
Maintain compliance within our agency management system in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Successfully navigate various insurance carrier portals and agency management systems to provide client support.
Participate in training and development opportunities to develop employee benefits coverage and marketplace knowledge.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1+ year work experience
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
