We are currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our team. This role plays an integral role providing benefits support to our centralized Human Resources Department. A key responsibility of this role will be to assist in the administration of FCCI’s employee benefits programs and to provide exceptional customer service to teammates. The selected individual will administer employee benefits programs, including benefit enrollment process, assist with leave administration and assist in the administration of the 401(k) and profit sharing plan, and partner with the company’s broker and/or legal counsel on plan modifications, communication and annual renewals. Additional responsibilities include, a variety of benefit related duties such as month-end processes and year-end as well as running queries and reports.

This role will be located in our Sarasota corporate office.

Qualifications

Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field; (Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education)
  • Minimum of two years recent benefits administration experience
  • Solid working knowledge of HRIS systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred).
  • Advanced Excel experience (including pivot tables and other complex features).
  • Knowledge of regulations that govern employee benefit programs including, but not limited to ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and ACA.
  • Must be able to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential employee matters at all times.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills.
