Position: Assistant Manager, Operations
Location: Rockville, MD. This position is on-site.
This position will lead and manage security services and related operations for an assigned Client Contract. This role is crucial in ensuring client service excellence and problem resolution while meeting all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides Client service and problem resolution
Ensures all contractual obligations are met
Promotes operational effectiveness
Staffing &Scheduling
Provides supervision and training
Interfaces with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately.
Our Ideal Candidate:
US citizenship preferred
At least 21 years of age
High level of integrity and exceptional judgment
At least three (3) experience in security management experience at a government facility with a security force equivalent
Proven ability in client service and problem resolution
