Why We're Hiring

An Account Manager who will develop and manage a robust pipeline of first-to-market, exclusive products and daily products including to streetwear and pop culture.The Marketplace Sales Account manger is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new brands to the company’s online marketplace. This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract high-quality sellers, presenting the benefits of the marketplace, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with sellers.

This person will utilize established relationships with brands in order to introduce them to the Complex marketplace business model, build partnership strategy and external trust. This person will be the primary point of contact for potential new supply partners and work cross functionally

What You'll Do

  • Use established relationships to provide support in the building and growth of Complex marketplace in the fashion & streetwear e-commerce.
  • Present the benefits and value proposition of the marketplace to prospective brands
  • Identify new marketplace brand opportunities and assess their potential for the business and build on existing business to develop a robust pipeline
  • Manage Sales Targets and achieve sales goals- monthly, quarterly, annually.
  • Providing dedicated support and recommendations to improve Sellers performance
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Sell into complex experiences ex: complexcon.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve seller account-related issues.
  • Liaise with other departments to address seller needs and improve overall marketplace experience.

$80,000 - $100,000 a year

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
