“I had the pleasure of working with Vivian for the majority of 2013. At the time, Vivian's company, Zoetis, was in the process of a massive carve-out process from their larger parent company. I was lucky enough to help Vivian and her team design a global corporate intranet for their brand new animal health company. On this initiative, I worked closely with Avanade's eXperience Design (XD) team to design an intranet platform that would reach a global audience with applicable material. Not only did this project involve reaching out to Zoetis colleagues with card sorting and organizational exercises, but we also tested color pallets and design techniques to ensure that the Zoetis culture was captured accordingly. The platform was designed for SharePoint 2013, and the design was scheduled to take advantage of many of the Microsoft nuances available with SharePoint's 2013 release. I reported directly to Vivian. Vivian is highly skilled at understanding leadership needs and relaying these needs to the consultants responsible for structure and design. She is extremely well organized, and has fantastic managerial skills. She knows the issues to escalate, and the proper way in which to do so. Vivian is a comprehensive thinker, and can analyze all aspects of a problem before working on a solution. I would jump at the chance to work with her again, and I value the time we spent together. I wish Vivian the best of luck on all of her future endeavors, and I believe she is well equipped to make a substantial impact at Zoetis! ”
