Empire West Business Park consists of 300 acres in Brookshire, TX. MUD facilities were needed to provide detention, water and waste water to the development.

Hurricane Ike Repairs on Reliant Stadium, Reliant Center, and Reliant Arena. This involved replacing the PTFE "fabric" panels on Reliant stadium, replacement and repairs to the built up roofing system on the Reliant Center and Repairs to Reliant Arenas roof. Required careful coordination and documentation for submission and reimbursement by FEMA.

The Benchmark Northwest Distribution Center is a 157,000SF tilt-wall concrete shell built in the northwest submarket.

This multi-component project included a 10-story office building with the capacity to have a future hotel built on top of it and a 7-story pre-cast 1900 car parking garage. Provided project management support services to Icon Venue Group for the procurement, coordination and installation of the FF&E package on the AT&T Center. The project was a five month long $100 million dollar complete renovation of the arena that included updated concourses, suites, club, VIP and VVIP areas. The FFE package included new furniture throughout the stadium, new premium seating, locker room and weight room equipment and a cryosauna.

The New University of Houston Football Stadium was completed in August on 2014. I managed the MEP and technology scopes including the video board, sound system, broadcast cabling, video production and security.

BBVA Compass Stadium is home of the two-time MLS cup champions the Houston Dynamo. I managed subcontractors associated with the structure, building envelope and playing field. During pre-construction, I put together budget estimates for the project and worked on buy out of subcontracts at various stages of drawing development for the Houston Dynamo Stadium.

University of Texas Medical Branch Specialty Care Center at Victory Lakes in League City, TX. Facility has 6 operating rooms, an imaging department with a 3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, PET CT, SPEC CT, Angio Bi-Plane, as well as a orthopedics, mammography, and pelvic clinics, and specialty care clinics. Construction Cost: $32,000,000

The Pasadena Police Complex in Pasadena, TX, contained jail, CSI and Narcotics Lab space, 911 call center, and multiple office spaces for the various departments. Construction Cost: $17,000,000
