Integrated Global Communication Capstone examining the effectiveness of Lockheed Martin's communication practices and uncovering what improvements could be made. The audit consisted of three research instruments which included a closed-ended International Communication Association (ICA) survey, an open-ended ICA survey, and a Communication Satisfaction Survey (CSS).
