Located in American Fork, Utah. Included a total of 7 buildings; 6-four plex’s and 1 duplex that also housed the clubhouse for a total unit count of 26. This project was Energy Star and was funded for low income seniors by multiple parties making Davis Bacon Wages and federal guidelines in effect. Square footage 21,500.

Located in Sandy, Utah. Included a total of 9 buildings; 1-three story apartment building, 6-four story apartment buildings a leasing center and a clubhouse for a total of 332 units. Also included a swimming pool, dog park, playground area and detached garages. Square footage 441,085.

Conversion of a doctor’s office basement into a surgical center, added an exterior structure to house equipment with a sound wall and updated the fire, life and safety system for the entire building. Won ABC Excellence in Construction award for healthcare renovation under 1M. Square footage 6,000 with 3,000 of being the main focus.
