With the April 9, 2012 launch of the EvaluSys Exit Planning diagnostic, EvaluSys now offers Exit Planners and associated business advisors (e.g. CPAs, attorneys, consultants, coaches, private equity firms, investment bankers) a unique and highly effective tool to determine the exit readiness of a business owner. This sample diagnostic report depicts 14 of the 31 factors examined by the Exit Planning diagnostic.
