You're facing a dissatisfied client post-sales. How can you turn their experience around?
Before anything else, make sure you understand the issue(s) completely. That includes the viewpoint from your team as well as the customer. When speaking with the customer (don't hide behind email), give the them the opportunity relay their experience and make sure they are heard. Make it a priority to resolve the issues to their satisfaction, especially if it the issue is based on an ongoing service. Do not move on to any actions of compensating them until everyone agrees that issue is resolved. Once you are at that point, empower the customer to suggest what action(s) they would like to see that would make them feel better about continuing working with your company. Create an action plan that you can support and follow through.

Teen Challenge
- 5 years 1 month
Residential drug and alcohol recovery center. Worked with an incredible group of volunteers and paid staff in establishing this center which is still serving clients to this day. Truly one of the most rewarding efforts in my personal life was to work with this organization that helped women from 16-60 break the cycle of addictions that had claimed their lives and the lives of their families.
