The Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) and the MultiState Information Sharing & Analysis Center® (MS-ISAC®) announced an agreement to improve information sharing among the organizations and their members with the goal of strengthening the cyber security of the nation’s critical electric infrastructure.

Launched a new grid and energy delivery security partnership that takes advantage of the growing interdependency and collaboration of the natural gas and electricity industries.

Designed and implemented 24x7 security operations capability for the Electricity ISAC.

In coordination with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, the Department of Energy, the utility industry, and NERC, operationalized the CRISP program, a public-private data sharing and analysis platform that facilitates the timely bi-directional sharing of threat information. In addition, developed an aggressive marketing and outreach campaign, doubling the number of CRISP program participants over a 4-year period.

Developed and launched the E-ISAC Critical Broadcast Program to quickly disseminate imminent security threats.

Collaborated with the Large Public Power Council's Cybersecurity Task Force to design and implement an Industry Engagement Program with the Electricity ISAC. The program fosters enhanced collaboration and information sharing with member utilities by inviting utility staff for multi-day visits to work alongside E-ISAC personnel. To date, eight utilities have participated in the augmentation program.​

Spearheaded the revitalization of the Nuclear Sector Joint Cyber Sub-Council to implement the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Cybersecurity Framework.

The creation of a tool that eliminates much of the guesswork about the potential impacts of issues in politics, finance, legal, trade, infrastructure, labor and culture on the profitability of an American company entering a new foreign market. This tool when combined with our risk assessment will facilitate an open dialogue about a more meaningful and objective approach when entering foreign markets and will also aid in codifying the choices.

In coordination with the Institute for Defense Analysis, developed the methodology for a national risk assessment of critical infrastructure, comparing over 700 facilities across sectors to with a high concentration of nuclear and traditional energy assets to determine potential consequences of disruption
