This phase features three elements that completely changed the look and feel of the Kennedy – Cherry Hill campus, which was built in 1960: the projected included an astonishing, new 22,000-square-foot hospital atrium lobby, a 102,000-square foot Outpatient Pavilion, and an enclosed 600-plus space parking facility.

West Chester University- Commonwealth Hall

Commonwealth Hall is the 3rd of 4th building associated with the campus expansion. Commonwealth Hall is a 200,000 square foot building that has 10 stories and houses 653 beds. The basement level consists of a health center containing exam rooms as well as shared areas for education services. The dorm units have dedicated toilet/shower units and serve as self-sufficient dwelling units.

Construction of a new 1300 car parking garage containing new Energy Services Center in the basement and ground floors of the newly constructed Parking Structure along with new utility distribution throughout the campus including Electrical, Fiber optic, Steam, Chilled Water, Condensate and Fuel Oil.

Fox Chase Cancer Center

The demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new Cancer Research Pavilion as an extension of the existing Cancer Prevention Pavilion constructed in 2000. In addition to expanding the Radiation Oncology Department with three radiation therapy vaults, Women's Center, research, and teaching laboratories, the Cancer Research Pavilion will make Fox Chase one of the largest academic radiation oncology programs on the East Coast.

Virtua- Health and FItness Center- Medical Office Building

The 200,000 square feet building is a combination of two- and three-story tenant wings along with a central entrance/elevator lobby and loading dock/maintenance facilities. The project consisted of a full service Health and Fitness Center with four pools, a running track, and locker rooms; and a Medical Office Wing containing Urgent Care Services, Pain Management, Lab, Surgical Consulting, Nutrition, OBGYN, and Breast Care practices.
