“If you look up the definition of Hospitality, I'd assume a picture of Rick would appear! What a truly hospitable human and leader he is. Recently, Hilton engaged with me to present new age sales training and foster discussion as to the future of extended stay and extended stay sales. I was blown away by the brand representatives with Hilton. The team was engaged every step of the way. Rick was fostering conversation, making everyone feel welcome and quickly established a 1:1 connection with each attendee (myself included). The few hours I spent with him, not only did we chat about life and careers, but he also freely offered mentorship. It is rare that you meet someone in business that has a profound impact on your life in such a short amount of time. I can say that Rick is 100% that hidden gem. I am honored to have met him and know that Hilton, Owners and Field Team members alike benefit greatly from his leadership and expertise.”
