You've shared sensitive information with partners. How can you regain their trust after correcting errors?
At this moment, your proactive programs and being able to respond is important. Constant communication is important as well. Reinforce and ensure business to your clients and partners are not interrupted and if they are the down time is minimum. Establish all of these by properly aligning to your clients and partners business continuity plan, incident response plan and reporting plan.

You've shared sensitive information with partners. How can you regain their trust after correcting errors?
As you are building partnerships with your key clients and extended partners, it is crucial that clear communication of all kind is shared with them. Expectations need to be set and you should have a roadmap to discuss on day zero. It makes it easier to not only understand where you are but add confidence and trusts in your clients and partners. Now more than ever is the ‘how factor’-RB that matters most not the ‘if and when’. Being proactive is key.
