Insights from CME Futures suggest a near-bottom price with July HRC at $732, August at $715, and September at $730. The industry is experiencing demand fluctuations, with automotive sales on the rise while the construction sector sees a downturn. In response, mills have adjusted capacity utilization down to 76.4% to stabilize prices. Despite these efforts, the market remains highly volatile.
