    The Coastal Plains Interagency Coordinating Council (CPICC) is a community organization of parents, early intervention providers, community service agencies, schools and other interested parties working together to plan and coordinate services, in conjunction with the district offices of the lead agency, for eligible infants and toddlers and their families who reside within the counties that we serve.

    The mission of the Coastal Plains Interagency Coordinating Council is to promote exemplary early intervention services for infants and toddlers. CPICC is recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c) 3 organization and is registered as a charity by the Mississippi Secretary of State. Services to our clients are provided at no cost to the families.
