At Braden, work, home, school and entertainment will be within 10-minute reach via EV shuttle, e-bike and foot power. It’s a sustainable, walkable, interconnected community tuned to innovators and our evolving work lives. And it’s the start of a whole new community ecology that tackles some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges of our time. Working in collaboration with Peter Calthorpe and Lake Flato architects, our team provided site design services. https://bradenca.com/

Our master plan concept included public gathering spaces, plazas and 5 miles / 8 kilometers of landscaped promenade or public walkways. The marina now represents a regional destination, one of the best places for sailing in Dubai, and currently the world's largest man-made marina.

The 15,000-acre master plan included a mountainous area and a lake behind a dam that provides drinking water for the city of Pune. The plan established sensitive conservation areas including hilltops and steep slope areas as well the location of development areas concentrated in several villages. Worked closely with a client consortium led by Hindustan Construction to perform site analysis, development programming, land planning and detailed design services for the Phase 1 village, Dasve. The initial product offering sold out in less than one day and the community is now a popular national destination for people of all ages, backgrounds and interests. After receiving a windfall of money from a legal settlement, local leaders heard from regional constituents that they wanted to see the City do something great with the riverfront. After leading the master planning effort for the 350-acre riverfront area, our team provided detailed site design and construction documents for the Phase 1 Promenade Park. This signature open space features an event lawn, amphitheater, sculpture, a beer garden, rental hall, fountain, plaza, a tree canopy trail and recreational river access. From an economic development perspective, this investment by the City has created a regional destination and has attracted a significant amount of private real estate development nearby. The community has also committed to and funded future phases of riverfront development. For more information, see https://riverfrontfw.org/
