CFP would encourage all of you to review it as well. CFP's key takeaways and comments are: 1. ImmunoPrecise has a Market Cap of approximately $18 million USD, which is extremely cheap relative to any market evaluation technique you use. 2. IPA has several potential growth drivers that have yet to deliver value to the company. 3. We agree that many investors have given up(lost patience) on the prospects of any of these potential events will actually be achieved. Expectations of Investors have not been met by the Company to date. Herein may lie the opportunity moving forward... 4. IPA has finally addressed its non-existent Capital Markets Strategy with an experienced, and seasoned group out of New York City over the last couple of weeks. 5. The NYC Group is also addressing the Company's Communication, Media, and Investor Relations Strategy. The new messaging(which should have always been in place) is under promise, and over deliver(exceed expectations) go forward. CFP has already seen improvement in the messaging to "simplify" the story to prospective investors. 6. The investment risk/return profile today looks very compelling. News from Madrid!. Today, Oryzon hosted its 2024 General Shareholders Meeting in Madrid, providing an opportunity to engage with attendees in person, discuss market performance, and address future challenges. With a quorum representing 42.7% of the company's capital, shareholders were updated on our CNS and oncology programs.We proudly shared details of our ongoing collaboration with the National Cancer Institute (NCI) through our Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). We also highlighted the promising results from our Phase 2 trial in Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), discussing our ongoing interactions with the FDA regarding our End-of-Phase 2 (EoP2) meeting. If the FDA approves our proposed Phase 3 trial design, Oryzon will become the first company to initiate a Phase 3 trial for BPD. All resolutions were approved by the shareholders, with favorable votes ranging from 79% to 96%. A particularly significant resolution authorized a potential capital increase of up to 100 million euros, delegating to the Board of Directors the authority to set the date, determine the issue price, and establish other conditions. This is super interesting, Roche wants to spin out Flatiron Health, which it bought for $2B back in 2018. The vision was that Flatiron's onco real world evidence would accelerate Roche drug development, but I guess this means that didn't go as planned? And/or perhaps the success of the Tempus AI IPO is making onco data asset valuations look pretty nice - though seems like a few billion from sale would drop in the bucket for Roche compared to helping with drug dev 🤔🤔🤔 Background from the FT: "Flatiron manages electronic patient records for a sprawling network of cancer clinics in the US, giving the start-up access to one of the biggest repositories of data on the disease. Founded by two former Google executives, Flatiron then mines the data and sells it to pharmaceutical groups, which use it to inform their research and development efforts." "Although Roche has kept Flatiron as a separate legal entity, its ownership has deterred some rival drugmakers from doing business with the start-up and hurt sales, according to two people familiar with the matter. Flatiron generates about two-thirds of its revenues selling data to pharmaceutical companies."

In another world first, Tryptamine Therapeutics [ASX:TYP] can advise that the first patient has been dosed with TRP-8802 (Oral Psilocybin) in a Phase 2a clinical trial at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) for the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). IBS affects up to 20% of Australians & 15% of the US population and this Phase 2a trial marks the first time that MGH has administered psilocybin in a clinical study. With one highly successful Phase 2a trial already complete in Binge Eating Disorder and 3 clinical studies either complete or dosing (2 in the US with TRP-8802 and 1 in Australia with TRP-8803), it's an exciting time to be with Tryptamine Therapeutics. May 30, 2024, 1:00 PT, San Francisco; Source: Teon Therapeutics Teon Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a focused portfolio of oral GPCR-targeted small molecules that inhibit immunosuppressive and cancer-promoting signaling pathways in difficult-to-treat cancers, today announced that its abstract titled “Effect of TT-816, a Novel Immune Response Modifier Targeting Cannabinoid CB2 Receptor, on Antitumor Immunity and Cancer Growth” was published for the 2024 ASCO Annual Meeting in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, volume 42, 2024 (supplement 16; abstract e14595), under the track “Developmental Therapeutics—Immunotherapy/New Targets and New Technologies (IO).” TT-816 is a first-in-class, highly selective, oral CB2 receptor antagonist that acts as a novel immune response modifier with unique mechanisms of action. Preclinical results indicate that TT-816 enhances the activation of T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells, increasing tumor cell killing in vitro. It also increases the presence of tumor-infiltrating T cells and NK cells. TT-816 dose-dependently inhibits the growth of both hot and cold tumors in animal models and synergizes with current immune checkpoint inhibitors to enhance antitumor effects. TT-816 has the potential to treat a broad range of solid tumors.
