You want to stand out from your competitors. How can you use branding to do that?
Start with your own values, asking: 1. what’s most important to me? 2. what qualities/skills can I bring to others to manifest my values? For example: if helping others is important to me, I can help someone with a problem by allowing them to trust me due to my ____ (subject matter or technical expertise, superior listening skills, empathy, resourcefulness, analytical skills, etc) 3. how can I show them this value efficiently/effectively so I can help them? That’s where “branding” comes in: after considerations of my own values.
