You're clashing with influencers on content direction. How do you steer the campaign towards success?
Realign around the buyer personas. If there is disagreement about what issues are most important to the ideal profitable customers, then the team must go back and get more data on their target buyers. The buyers know what information and content they want and need, so dive and find out what they want. No need to guess: conversations, surveys and analytics on content will steer you in the right direction. I also highly recommend talking to your sellers. Sellers know what questions and objections they get when having sales conversations. Find out what those are and stay focused on content that addresses those issues. How would you address conflicting feedback from your creative team and SEO specialists on content strategy?
Agree with the other contributors. It's quite simple: what is the goal? If ranking is the goal, then the campaign MUST include elements of SEO. If the team doesn't care about ranking, then say any message you want and don't worry about it. There's really nothing else you can do. It's either going to be optimized for search or not.

You're aiming for B2B success with digital marketing tools. How can you ensure seamless integration?
My best advice is this: minimize the number of technologies you use. I'm a technology freak and love to buy them all, but when it comes to actually getting work done, the more you have, the more complicated, time-consuming and costly everything gets. That's why I recommend HubSpot. It takes the place of at least 7 different technologies (CRM, website, social, analytics, email marketing, automation, service). Having everything all in one makes it so much easier; everything is natively integrated, and I can focus more of our time on growth and less on messing around with tech. How do you conduct keyword research for B2B niches and industries?
The first thing I do is read the company content, industry and competitor blogs, papers, websites, ads, and any other digital content I can find. As I'm reading, I write down any words that I think are industry-relevant or important. After a little research, it's pretty easy to come up with a list of words. Then, you go to your keyword research tools, look them up, and dig into the details to come up with the final list and potential topics for the content strategy.

I really loved working with the girls. I lead the troop from 2009-2013 (kindergarten to 3rd grade), and tried to give the girls a glimpse into community service. One of my favorite activities was a fundraiser for local families dealing with cancer. The money went to help them pay the bills. The girls created buttons for this wedding dress that was displayed around town. It had all kinds of buttons on it.
I had to take a break from Girl Scout leadership in 2014. I was feeling too…I really loved working with the girls. I lead the troop from 2009-2013 (kindergarten to 3rd grade), and tried to give the girls a glimpse into community service. I had to take a break from Girl Scout leadership in 2014. I was feeling too overwhelmed, and it really is a lot of work planning those meetings every other week. My goal is to plan one more shindig before the girls head off to middle school next year! -
