Hot take: 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗗𝗥𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀. This might sound backwards coming from the founder of an AI-led sales tech company. But there are a few reasons why I feel so strongly about this. I distilled 𝟭𝟯+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of my go-to-market experience as a CMO/VP/Head of Product into this 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲👇 So, if you need help building a go-to-market plan, this resource is for you. The superbowl of product marketing is coming up and I’m SO ready for it. For the last 6 months, I’ve been hard at work doing discovery with my fellow product marketers on the stickiest points they encounter when crafting a GTM strategy. And ya’ll really delivered. Some things I heard: - WTF even is GTM strategy (everyone pretends they know, but there’s no real clarity) - how do you know if your GTM strategy is working? - isn’t GTM strategy just what your motion is like PLg vs SLG? (Spoiler: it’s not) - what do I present to the company or CEO? - can we have multiple GTM strategies running at one time? - our competitors have the same feature set as us, won’t they just copy our GTM? - and more… I can’t wait to give you all the answers (plus a very helpful template) at this year’s Product Marketing Alliance Summit in SF. Hey all 👋 I could use some help from GTM leaders/saas folks... Who is the best *marketing leader/head of marketing* you've ever worked with? For context, we're looking to bring in a Head of Marketing here at Circle to join our GTM leadership team. We're currently approaching $25M in ARR and growing fast (~100% y-o-y). This marketing leader will help us continue to scale to $100M+ in ARR. I'm biased, of course — but this can truly be a career-defining opportunity for the right person. —You'll get to shape how we tell the story of *3* brand new products that we're bringing to market this year. —The product is fantastic.
