    During my tenure at eFinancial, I successfully aligned our 2020 financial and operating planning processes in partnership with the VP of Strategy. This required presenting financial reporting to C-Suite leaders internally as well as partnering with the Fidelity Life Finance counterpart to coordinate and orchestrate a strategic allocation of resources across both teams. Likewise, I played a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting while focusing on enhancing the executive team’s reporting package. Lastly, I improved our internal finance department processes, such as revenue accounting file automation and streamlined reporting by taking proactive measures to identify and implement process optimizations.

    In this effort to enhance reporting on key performance indicators, I took a proactive approach to reviewing and consolidating the quarterly global KPI metrics for our Board of Directors. This required developing metrics process and training our international team on report generation and submission processes. These actions enhanced the knowledge and decision-making abilities for senior leadership internally.

  • Reporting Process Improvements

    In striving to enhance organizational reporting, I took the lead in strategically ideating, designing, and implementing a scalable reporting model to support ever-evolving demands due to 4x revenue growth and headcount doubling. In a separate but similar reporting project, I successfully improved cost management by creating and implementing department budgeting vs. actual operating expense reporting.
