Facing sudden resource allocation shifts across all programs, how can you effectively manage the change?
Keep it simple. Be open and honest from the jump and let your staff know these changes can happen at anytime. Maybe not right now but as always it may be looming so let’s prepare now so we are prepared later. Early change management skill training is essential so when the unfortunate change happens they are prepared.

Here's how you can articulate your career goals and aspirations to your boss.
One one thing I found helpful is taking on new initiatives and being proactive so when you have Your evaluation, you can come to the table with tangible items. This way you can negotiate your next position. Take every opportunity be on the next project even if you don’t get paid for it.
