Organic, direct tenant representation deal within the Tampa Bay market. Tenant's footprint expanded in the Tampa market and the team was also retained by SLV Lighting to sell Tenant's parcel of land in Tampa's Airport market, 14.5 acres for $2.5 M. The team accepting the award consists of Julia Rettig, Jessica Mizrahi and Mike Davis of Cushman & Wakefield and Karen Giunta of Beaux Arts Group who provided furniture and design services to the Tenant.
