Co-Chair the Cox Automotive Women's Employee Resource Group, Women with Drive. The mission of Women with Drive is to cultivate an environment of gender equality and empowerment. Build and foster a community focused on personal and professional development of women at all levels.

Create marketing and communications strategy to increase membership, event participation and executive sponsorship. Leverage social media, internal communications tactics, and digital marketing to support Cox Automotive's objective of building a diverse talent pipeline and offer resources that empower team members to carve long, successful career paths with our company.

The Corporate Volunteer Council of Orange County (CVCOC) connects professional leaders in community involvement with educational, networking, and service opportunities to increase the benefit of corporate volunteerism on companies and communities in Orange County. As Co Chair, provided board and membership governance, hosted annual Corporate Combined Volunteer Project, held monthly meetings, and led leadership committees.

In June of 2013, at the National Conference on Volunteering and Community Service in Washington DC, the CVCOC won the Points of Light Fast Start Award for outstanding Corporate Volunteer Council started in the past three years. In 2016, CVCOC won another Points of Light award for CVC of the year.
