These portfolio views were indispensable and enabled better decision making on projects and the portfolio. Jennyfer your comradery towards the team deliverables and your inclusive behavior in building visuals that the entire project team can leverage has allowed the team to better understand where their efforts need to lie for a successful submission.

This award is recognize your outstanding contributions for defining and implementing the strategy for filing in Japan. Throughout the course of 2020 the Global RDPT worked seamlessly with our Japan colleagues, in what is one of the best cross functional collaborations I have seen at Biogen. Meetings were frequent and targeted, with frank discussion and action items which were implement expediently across the teams. Throughout the course of 2020 the Global RDPT worked seamlessly with our Japan colleagues, in what is one of the best cross functional collaborations I have seen at Biogen. Meetings were frequent and targeted, with frank discussion and action items which were implement expediently across the teams. Despite there being no precedence for such a filing in Japan, the team worked tirelessly to develop primary and back up strategies for a PMDA engagement which would decide the future for program activities in Japan. These efforts resulted in a highly successful remote PMDA engagement, across 3 different time zones, in July 2020. The outcome of the meeting was clear direction on a path forwards for a filing of a nature which has not occurred in Japan before. The Planisware system was slated for an upgrade to 6.3 for several months, and Jennyfer had been slated to be a UAT tester to validate several PM-related modules. When COVID-19 became a factor, the UAT for the upgrade had to be shifted to a completely remote construct, rather than an in-person proctored event in conference rooms. This put an extensive burden and need for agility on the UAT team. The ask on them increased dramatically, while also completing their F5 commitments, with firm… Show more

"Jenn has been a member of the PSPT subteam for a little less than a year, however she has had significant impact. Being a lead for a late stage project is a significant challenge and even though Jenn came in "cold" she has put in the extra effort to quickly come up to speed. After the announcement of the project's positive phase 2 data, the entire team needed to quickly prepare for phase 3 manufacture. Jenn reacted by taking full responsibility for the creation and implementation of 3 product specific methods. With a mixture of sound scientific judgement and excellent people skills, she successfully completed these methods in time for the Phase 3 DS campaign. She has done an enormous amount of work in a very short period of time.
Jenn has shown a real ownership of the data that is generated by our group in support of the project. She has demonstrated this skill throughout her support of developmental stability and during in-process testing of the GMP DS. Jenn has the ability to diplomatically bring up project issues. She is skilled at resolving these issues in professional and constructive manner. On more than one occasion Jenn has put in the extra effort by working extra hours from home to meet deadlines. It is apparent that she does this out of a deeply ingrained sense of responsibility.
